Non-alcoholic aperitif or mocktail? The differences that not everyone knows

The terms are often used synonymously, but there are useful differences to know between 'non-alcoholic aperitif' and 'mocktail', especially if you want to choose the right product for the right occasion.
Non-alcoholic aperitif: ready to pour
By non-alcoholic aperitif we generally mean a ready-made drink, formulated to be poured over ice and diluted with tonic water or soda: quick, without the need for bar equipment.
Mocktail: the 'artisanal' component
The mocktail, on the other hand, is a real cocktail in its technique: shaken, mixed, garnished, often with multiple ingredients (syrups, fresh juices, non-alcoholic bitters) combined at the moment.
Which one to choose
For a quick aperitif with friends, a good ready-made product solves the problem in a few seconds. For a special occasion, dedicating a few extra minutes to preparing a mocktail offers a more refined, almost bartender-like experience.
