Our philosophy
The ritual comes first
Italy taught the world that the aperitivo is not a drink: it is a moment. You choose the glass, wait for the ice to do its work, raise a toast. Spirito Libero exists to protect that ritual for those who, that evening, choose not to drink alcohol, without the glass ever feeling like second best.
We start from the classics Italy made famous (Negroni, Americano, Spritz) and look for their soul: the bitter, the citrus, the botanical. We don't imitate a drink, we chase its character.
The right glass, plenty of ice, a garnish that completes without covering. We work on every recipe as if it had to sit on the counter of a good bar.
Zero alcohol doesn't mean zero personality. Sip it neat over ice or use it as the base for your own recipe: you decide, freedom is in the name.
